If the DAA's are as I understand "direct antiviral agent" are there treatments for other viruses like Epstein-Barr syndrome or West Nile virus? Or rhino virus? Etc...etc... Can they be applied the same way as they have been to hep C? Bb, Iris

Saw my gastroenterologist after having an ultrasound and she says Im good to go for treatment. She saw some fatty liver but that's it: no cirrhosis or cancer. Now I wait for call back from Hep C nurse to start my meds. Am I really going to get better or am I just going to not get any worse?
