you know what, this is ok nadine. i need more practice tho. i guess you just spend so much time trying to focus on it ( a bit like meditation) that you lose sight of whats worrying you.

ok Nadine , i'm going to try and get with the progamme here and try , to be honest it looks a bit fluffy for my taste , but am willing to give it a go with all my heart . i really need to get back in touch with my life and its value, its like i left it along the way somewhere during tx and never found it again. i so need to stop obsessing about stuff and get on with it ,my wife thinks thats my biggest issue , obessing and sweating the small stuff, its where i'm at and i'd rather not be there. so ok .Nadine. See the illustrations below for meridian points, use 2 fingers to tap the points, or rub the spot. Create your affirmation by inserting the negative emotion you are working on into this phrase: "Even though I have this negative emotion I deeply and completely accept myself."
1. Say this phrase 3 times while continuously rubbing the Sore Spot or tapping the Karate Chop point.
2. The Sequence = Tap about 7 times on each of the following meridian points while repeating the Reminder Phrase only (this anxiety, anger or whatever was your negative emotion) at each point. This might seem like feathers and fairy dust but lots of medical doctors are actually using this technique now, particularly integrative practitioners.
