Do not cut out carbs, complex carbs are important and there is a difference between simple carbs and complex carbs. Get some info on this online or if you can talk to a trainer that would help. Jimmy gave you some good suggestions too.

If it were me, I would get into a regiment of weight training with added Protein. You may also want to consider adding Creatin. This would allow for muscle to retail fluid better. Given your age and health it is worth looking into but I advise you read up on it.
If you get into a weight training regiment you do not want to do a lot of repetitions. Begin with three sets of 6 and go heavy on the weights. Third set of six you should be struggling to get #'s 5 and 6. If not, add weight.
Let me end by again saying, "If it were me". You need to study for yourself and read up and weigh the options and yes that was a pun.

I am 28 years old.My kidney and liver is working well.I dont have any issue related to my kidney in my life.
Regarding liver My LFT(liver function test) showed normal results and Ultrasound also showed no damage done to liver.
Also as my family history weight gain is not very easy for us.

Congrats on the SVR!!!!!!!
To be honest, it would be best to know the present condition of both your Liver and Kidneys before I would make any sort of recommendation other than a balanced diet rich in protein and fiber.

First of all, congratulations for achieving SVR! That's wonderful news and I'm glad you shared yet another success story with our forum. The good stories like this are becoming more frequent and gives us all hope.
I lost a lot of weight when I went through treatment and understand what you're going through. I had it to lose, so we're very different in that respect. I think in time, you'll see the weight return, but in an already thin individual, that might be longer than you're willing to wait. Don't start a poor diet of junk food to reach your goal. There are several items that will help you achieve that and I'll provide a link to some ideas below. Good luck!
Last Year I was diagnosed with Hepatitis C.I had gone through Pegintron+RBV based treatment for 6 months and i was successfully able to clear virus during and at the end of treatment.So I waited for 6 months to see if i have achived SVR or not.Today i got my PCR and that is also negative.I have issue is that i am not being able to gain any weight.I was already very thin and because interferon based treatment is very harsh so i lost some weight during treatment also.
Doctor recommended me some supplements when i was on treatment i took those also and I am eating healthy food.Kindly recommend me some good food that are not bad for my liver but are helpful in gaining weight.
