With the inflammation from all the trauma to your mouth, the denture won't fit right for several days. And even then it will possibly need some adjusting. Is this an interim denture, that they will replace with a permanent denture in a couple of months? That's what the dentist did in my case which fit's much better in the long run.

I use polident powder. u don't have to get vice clamps to get em out.  lol that gooey u fight for a long time trying to loosen them.. need to invent something real easy.. lol  Good luck & u will get used to them .just take a little time. just no more pecans for me.. :( lol

She is in disguise on a covert operation to catch a shady mouse.  The mouse is being protected by a dog (who likes mice but not cats).  Do you think she will pass for a mouse?

Oh man, this sounds like no fun at all.  At least your dds is fast.  I had a tooth pulled (only one) and it took the dds over an hour just for the one.  The tooth broke into pieces and he pulled them out one after the other!  All the while the anesthesia is wearing off and I just wanted to murder him.

Then it dry socketed--talk about painful!  Just be careful what you do while it begins to heal and get plenty of rest.  Avoid work for a couple of days if you can.  Having a whole bunch of teeth pulled is a major operation, IMO.

Hey Josh,

I'm cringing on your behalf buddy! I've had several teeth pulled and understand the process and post op experience well. If you can take the evening off, you might be the better for it. No need to push if you dont have too. Relax, take a pain pill or two and watch some TV. Let those sockets heal and your new chompers will fit better in the future! Good luck bro.....
