It means nothing, it is essentially a normal finding!

Your absolute neutrophil count (ANC) is not elevated.  ANC is WBC x % neutrophils.  70% of 6,000 is 4200 and is not elevated.  Your findings are not consistent with an infection.

Those numbers look good in your report Jen. It's hard to say why the ANC was elevated. We often see some changes and fluctuations in our blood chemistry and the CBC during the treatment process. Try not to do a lot of worrying over it.

here is some other tests  Tig

WBC [4.0-11.0 K/mm3] 6.0 K/mm3

 

RBC [4.20-5.50 M/mm3] 4.86 M/mm3

 

HGB [13.0-16.0 gm/dL] 14.3 gm/dL

No Jen, that wouldn't necessarily mean a high VL at all. I'm curious what your WBC was on this test? The auto neutrophil is a combination of white cell content. Have you had a recent infection, cold or flu, etc? Here's a description of the ANC:

Neutrophils are a type of white blood cell and yours are a bit high.  That can happen during tx and your doc should be keeping an eye on your labs.  I wouldn't be worried.  This has nothing to do with your VL.

got my 2 week labs back . they didnt do the pcr VL but does this other test mean that the VL is still really high?
