Hi Beth, It's amazing how you bounce back after tx. Sorry I would have posted before but I fractured my collarbone last week in an RTA and because of the TX am now very sensitive to drugs so painkillers are making me throw up. Wish you all the best. Dragonfly xxx

Elizabeth that is just fantastic news!!
I can`t imagine what it must feel like after so many weeks on tx - you have done SO WELL!!
How strange - my nurse told me that people often miss the regime when they`ve finished. This tx really gets inside our heads.
Hope your blood levels start picking up soon and you start feelin full of energy.
Take care and good luck, love and hugs, from Jill xxxxx

Brilliant news Beth!! Congrats!!!
Wish you all the best with your recovery. It sounds mad, but it seems to be quite usual to miss doing shots/regime of the meds etc at first, especially after 48 weeks!! Hopefully it will seem a thing of the past soon.

Elizabeth that is fantastic news! Now you can focus on doing all those things that we were dreaming about a few months ago. By Summer we're going to be out there finding the core of who we are again. Take care, ty
(And James you're a wild man hitting those slopes! I just hide inside and look at all that snow!)

Hi Beth,
Congrats ! I hope you are feeling better each day. I heard about the wild fires in WA, you guys have had one hell of a summer.
I'm feeling a bit better everyday. Skied quite a bit this week, my endurance was pretty good today. I got a PCR back this week too, still UND all bloods headed in the right direction. My hematocrit rate was 41 just inside normal. It may help to live at altitude your body is forced to pump out red blood cells.
Glad you are feeling better. Congrats again on your UND result.
Be well,
James

Hi evertbody i tried to post over in "post treatment" but it wouldnt work....... i got my week 48 blood results .....UNDETECTED hemoglobin 9.9 WBC'S 1.46 yeah a bit low still but they will bounce back, i am already feeling better apart from some stubborn sx's /insomnia and achy body.the worst part i think was i was dehydrated when i finished tx plus really wonted to sleep, very strange when i finished my body felt needy on my old shot days like it was addicted to interferon. The other weird part was mentally dropping the regime and committed mind set of 48wks tx. So anyway i am officially 2 weeks and 2 days post tx.
Hey James i hope its all good with you and the recovery, how are you feeling ? Its pretty tough for Brendan i hope he can get some rest he will need it . love to all thinking of you... stay strong elizabeth
