Yes, PJ, that might be worth a try, thanks. Friends have suggested extra salt, tonic water, or bananas - think I`ll give them all a go!
Nice to hear from you again Elizabeth, it`s mostly quite warm over here just now, especially in the south east. Hope your daughter likes it in London, it`s an exciting place to be with lots of things to do and places to visit, also some nice parks. A bit hectic for me at my age though, lol. Sounds like she has her act together, and there is quite an Aussie community there too so I`m told. Young people seeing the world.
Well, the AD`s - not going quite as planned, I`m still on the last 10 mg of citalopram. I was getting very edgy and have a lot of family stuff going on at the mo. I`ll get there in the end tho. Good luck with yours, glad it`s going well.
Sorry you`re still having sleeping probs, that`s not good. Do you ever take any sleepers? During tx I had stiff painful knees and hips but luckily that has now gone. Isn`t it a strange business this tx and recovery?
Lots love and hugs, Jill xxx

Hi Jill,
I am fortunate that I haven't experienced this yet (knocking on wood), but I'm wondering since your muscles are cramping, that a muscle relaxer before bed might not help more than the pain reliever? Just a thought.

Hi Jan, thanks for that. I don`t get any in my arms, but sometimes in my hands - I know what you mean about it waking you up in the night. Every time I turn over or move, something starts cramping. Good to know it clears up eventually! Sorry about your tennis elbow, tx seems to leave a lot of people with some problem or other.
Thanks for your good wishes, hope you are feeling well.
Love , Jill xxx

Hi Jill, I did alot in both my arms and funny as it sounds just in the left one at night which was so painful in certain positions it kept waking me up:( but that seems to have completely gone now. A year post tx. I have got tennis elbow in the other arm that started post tx but am just living with that at the moment. It's not too bad. Hope things get better for you soon. Love Jan x

I`m trying to maintain an increased level of activity but am in a lot of discomfort at night with cramps and muscle spasms. Mostly in my legs but also in my body. Am taking painkillers but still having frequent disturbed nights through it.
Anyone else had/having this prob?
Thanks, all the best to you all, love from Jill xxx
