Gidday Jeremy,
Hope post tx is going well for you. I did have a little laugh when I saw at day 3 after finishing tx you were expecting some sorta' quick response. I guess being off the dugs is the most noticeable change at first, but I found things really improve after about 6 months. That's not to say I didn't feel better before that and clearly you appear to have noticed good things much earlier than 6 months.
In my case I found the best changes came after I stopped trying to notice, in fact I'd almost forgotten :)......not really. Not sure if it's the same sort of crystals in your case, but I had a calcium crystal buildup in my achilles after I finished tx and the docs said it wasn't uncommon after interferon and similar to gout. A short dose of specific anti-inflammatory drugs cleared it up in my case.
Anyway, congrats on finishing tx and all the best in recovery and getting the big SVR down the track.
Cheers,
Brendan.

Hi, isn't it quiet in here? Like a Library compared to the On TX Threads.
Anyway Jeremy hope you are enjoying "The Quiet Room" (Alice Cooper, from the From the Inside Album) This song used to be somewhat Apt on TX with the SX!
I have started to feel a bit better, still tired & Can't sleep, but have a wee bit more energy, ride the Bikes more & Comfort shop a great Deal, even bought a new little Car.
What Bumper Fun My New Nurse has lined up for me, Endoscopy on the 20th, Then another Liver US Scan, Then A DXA scan for my crumbly bones, Dentist soon for yummy extractions to get rid of the Toothy-woothies that decided they didn't want anything to do with my diseased body anymore.
I nearly forgot (Memory still a bit hit & Miss) A surgical implant in 2 weeks time.
It's all good stuff, Leaving me with Cirrohsis means HCV will never be forgotten and something to ensure I always have something to laugh at, as soon as I get SVR (Results in June). Let new Battle commence!
Onwards McDuff!

Hi Jeremy,
As Shaun has said, the brain fog and related problems start to disappear pretty quickly
Be careful not to overdo things though and be gentle with yourself!
