Big Congrats on that post 6 month UNDy - sounds like you are doing just fine, especially considering you just coughed up ya' gall bladder...... you're as tough as nails mate,
If I slip on my ol' Path Lab Boss's cap - those biopsy numbers are fantastic and almost unbelievable Considering what you've been through Maz, you are in terrific shape. Just keep doin' it mate, if you could bottle it, I reckon' I'd buy some.:)
A Big Well Done.
Cheers,
Brendan.
P.S. I like to think us slow responders are just - I don't know - discerning customers. :)
If 8 weeks is a slow start, what do ya' call 24 weeks.....I think one of my docs suggested absolute bull sh*t

I am doing pretty good since my gallbladder surgery and I now have the biopsy back from my liver and so I will put it out there since I don't understand it at all except that the surgeon said it looked good for having had hep c for over 27 years.
Hepatitis - chronic by clinical history
Necroinflammatory activity grade 0-4 - 1
Number or portal zones - 10
Stage of fibrosis - 0
Steatosis - 0
fragmentation - slight
Iron stain - 0
Portal zones display a focal mild lymphocytic infiltrate without interface or lobular hepatitis. PAS with diastase stains are neg for cytoplasm chelate inclusions and there is no stainable iron.
Anyway I don't know much about what results you want but I thought these seemed pretty good for having not knowing I had hep all these years.

I meant I did not show undetected until my 8th week and everyone else seemed to be undetected at 4 weeks. That is why I did 32 weeks instead of the original 24 weeks.

I had my 6 month blood work done and it came back UNDETECTED Wow I am so relieved. I had such a slow start I really was having doubts. I also just had my gallbladder out so I am recovering from that as well. Anyway I had to say a big THANK YOU to everyone here for all the support, advice and friendship during a time that I don't know how I could have made it without the company.
