Joanneh, the threads in the treatment forum are a good place to start. In the worst case, the doctor is right. My company gave me time off because my job is very demanding at certain times and there is no way I could have done it. Some days during month 1/2 & 3...I was sleeping 17 hours. 12 midnight to 12 in the afternoon, 2 hour lunch, then a 5 hour nap. Never slept so much in my life.

Wnose,
Congratulations on completing triple tx!
How many months were u on it? I start triple tx in few weeks
Using Invicek and other two drugs.
Please send me any suggestions or ideas
That helped your symptoms! Did u work full time?
Doctor won't let me work. My tx time is 48 weeks.
I hope in six months... Oct that u r still cleared
Any suggestions appreciated,
JoAnne

My last dose of medication was yesterday (Apr 6) and now I'm free of the combo! I see the nurse next week for my blood tests then the 6 month countdown will start!
Hasn't been easy - hopefully this is the last time I do this!

Congratulations Mike! The journey back to great health feels a bit slow at times - but each day is a little better than the day before. Time makes those tx complaints sort of fade into the past. Take care - ty

Congrats Mike, great news!
Really good to hear you`re recovering so well, that`s fantastic! Sometimes it`s only when we start getting better we realise just how bad we were feeling on tx.
Keep in touch!

Congratulations, and thanks for the post.
So there actually IS a normal life on the other side of this? I've almost forgotten what that is like.
Last Wed. was my last shot, and tomorrow is my last riba. Thanks to the many posts here, I know that I should not expect too much, too soon.
Happy SVR, when that comes up!

I am so happy for you, Mike.
And, I thought I would never think of anything but Incivek when I saw the words peanut butter. Now I will think of how well you are doing.

Hello everyone my last shot was march 10th. I waited a bit to post about it becasue I wanted good news to post, and wanted to give myself some time to recover, even though the treatment wasn't overly terrible for me luckily. My fatigue is going away and I am in the gym about 3 times a week and work a full time job. I feel much better emotionally as well. As I've said before, this site helped me through treatment with being able to post, but even more because there are so many other people going through the same thing. Thank you everyone, good luck, and you'll be seeing me around here, I hope I can help one person half as much as all you helped me.
