Having had high random blood glucose levels since starting Rx, I saw my Endocrinologist yesterday. He wanted to exclude Insulin Resistance and thyroid problems ( both are common in chronic HCV). So, fasting glucose and insulin this morning, T.S.H. (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) and Vitamin D levels. Just got results- all normal. Have been taking Vit. D supplement when I remember, but I'll now stop that.
