Yes, congratulations! And I see you were genotype 3, and next month I should be starting treatment for this genotype too. What were your main side effects? Any advice? Were you on treatment for 24 weeks or longer?
Thanks!

Brian,
So you have reached the light at the end of the tunnel. Very proud of you for sticking with the treatment. Wow! can you offer the rest of us who are still treating or about to start treating any suggestions?
Also, how long did you treat? And praying for your continued recovery.

They will probably do labs again in four weeks, and by then your bloods should be almost back to normal. Prepare for a remarkable transformation. Alan

Brian, At 2 weeks post, all of my white blood and platelet numbers were back in the normal range, and only mildly anemic on the reds.

Well I've made it to my last week. I took my last shot on friday 8-17-12. the rash on my hands and arms is really bad, it to the point of people noticing it. I just say "bad case of poison ivy", any way I hope I'll get my energy back soon. That by far has been the worst sx, just walking and pulling or carring any object I have to stop and rest. i took my last blood test for 6 months on friday, I'll get the results soon, make sure i'm still clean.
thanks for all the info you guys provided. I may not have sent many messages, but if I needed any info all I had to do was search the message base, and for that I thank you all
