Yea! Hope you feel better soon! I felt fabulous, then up and down ok and now 2 months out I'm getting overall better. Shaking the depression is a tough one for me but having a great day today and joined a yoga place, think it will help as well!
Good luck and congrats!!

Now all you have to do is wait for the meds to go away and start to feel alive again.
Any idea how long that generally takes on average?
I noticed improvement right away, but at three weeks out it really started getting better fast. This fourth week has been nearly back to normal, if I indeed remember what that was like

This is always such good news. Now all you have to do is wait for the meds to go away and start to feel alive again. Congratulations.

Shot my last dart last Friday, Aug. 17th and last Ribavirin today. Had my 48 week labs drawn today too, can't wait for results. Undectable at 4, 12, 24 and 36 weeks, and it's going to be Undectable at 48, 52 and 60. Still have cirrhosis but I'm going to live w/ that.
Geno 1a, First detected in 1984 but they couldn't spell Hep C back then, probably got in from 1972 accident and blood transfusion. In 2000 was diagnosed w/ Hep C. Have been on various treatments since 2000 w/ no luck. Finally the triple thearpy (Peg, Ribavirin and for me Incivek) worked.
