No itch and that's a biggie!!! I do have a RIBA cough though for 2 months now that is killing me and cold symptoms that don't go away. I guess my immune system is suppressed, I just can't get better. But thinking back, incivek gave many more issues.

it does get better after incivik. no more setting alarm clocks to take meds early in the morning. no more forcing down 20 grams of fat 3 times a day. i'm holding down food a lot better now. it hasn't even been two weeks for me and my backside is healing up very nicely. the itching got better within days of being done incivik. i still deal with anemia symptoms, so it is still not easy, but it is definitely easier.
there will be better days ahead, so try and hang in there!

I am jealous of the people finished with Incivek. I have three months of waiting before I can start putting it behind me. Sorry to hear your Sx are bad mallani. I am so not looking forward to these.

I'm so jealous of you guys on Incivek! We Victrelis folk have nothing to look forward to. My Sx are worse than ever after 24 weeks and I have another 24 weeks of Victrelis to look forward to. I wish someone would explain why two drugs with the same action require such different protocols.

Lyle, Just get thru Invicek and don't look down the road. Just getting thru Invicek is enough. Just think because of Invicek We are UND! I, too was on tx before and lower the virus but never was UND. You are going to feel better soon!!! I don't sleep all the time anymore and coffee tastes good again! Hang in there. Are you working while on tx? JoAnne Ps. LC, total tx time is 11 months that includes Invicek. Some have 24 weeks

Thanks for the incouraging info. not sure if i could hold on if the whole thing was like it is now. I did do the double tx about 10 years ago, but dont have much of a memory of it now. don't have much memory of anything now. but, that is why doc says 11 months, but I am questioning that. the double did not work for me before, i was undetectable this time at 4 weeks. I may decide to shorten the tx

Is that typical to have to do another 11 months on the other two meds? Here I thought 3 months was going to be bad enough.

I will say after I finished Invicek I had terribly painful skin reaction and I had problem all along but it was worse. I almost went to the hospital. It passed in 2 days. Doesn't happen to everyone. You can do one more month. I wanted to run away when I knew I had to Do another box but.... It's your last box and it's healing you! U will be better soon Infact I started getting better at 11 weeks.
