Bills, Your mug reminded me of something. It has ice in it. Just me probably, but I quit drinking cold water, no ice, no refrigeration, just room temperature. Two reasons. First, because of the chills during tx. I either had to bring a jacket or order no ice in restaurants or I'd be miserable. Second, sensitive teeth, which is not new, but I've stayed with room temperature.
Never really heard that but I agree with the chills never associated that. Not so sensitive to my teeth like that
Thanks

I have been filling up a 32 oz container of water twice a day or more and putting in the fridge so I can sort of gauge how much I'm drinking. Does anyone know what they recommend?

There has been a lot of discussion on how much. Don't know THE answer. This was an interesting post, below if I did it right.
Summarizing a point from the article: 91 oz for women, 125 oz for men (all fluids including food)

Oh-kay...now I understand the flu like symptons that comes from the Pegysas. I woke up last night with the chills. My body was weak, and I tossed and turned for about two hours until I finaly went back to sleep. I got up this morning feeling fine as if nothing happened. Looking back it wasn't that bad and now I know what to expect after each shot.
Slept all day today though and kept a constant headache. I hope this only happens during the adjustment period.
I found it difficult to eat when it came time for meds. so trying to drink more milk and water.
