Hi nick i dont know your age i think you are young... At first interferon shot this SE are good this means your body reacts medicine. At second or third pegint shots you wont feel any SE.
My prediction about you :) : advantages: 1) genotype 1b has lower wild virus probability than 1a 2) You are treated with most effective cure currently on commerce 3) Your VL is low.
i dont know your weight/height and liver health, if they are normal then according to me if you will take your pills with discipline then you will achieve UND at week 4 maybe earlier...
Take care your self
Murat
Hi Murat,
Yep, I'm 30, I have grade 1 (minimal) fibrosis, and my BMI is on the average range. All this together with what you already mentioned made me decide to give the tx a try,
considering I have a good chance of reaching SVR. The sx are different for everyone, hope your's are not too intense. Good luck in reaching SVR ! You also have a good chance.
best !
Nick

Good luck! Please take life very slowly - that makes the treatment a lot easier. Side effects are different for everyone, and can change for a person through the course of treatment. I had side effects at 25 weeks that I didn't have before.
I guess I'm saying be vigilant, eat well, sleep a lot, drink A LOT of water, and take the treatment as it comes. And don't be put off by anyone else's side effects. Only you matter.
Again, good luck!
Good advice, Sed.
I had a rough friday night but felt pretty good saturday and sunday and today and am going to adjust my pegasys (?).
I have found that timing is very important with taking the meds. Too many combinations at once knocks me out. Less than 20 grams of fat is an issue as well.
current day- 5am 2 Ribisphere, 2 incevik
1230 pm 2 Ribisphere, 2 incevik
2pm 1 10mlg lexapro (smoothes out my day)
7pm 2 Ribisphere, 2 incevik
Fri 9pm pegasys
Good luck to all. 8 of 48

Yep, well so far it seems it will be the same for me. Saturday had diarrea, yesterday it was nausea, today I feel tired and fluey. It's like putting all sx in one bucket
and randomly choosing 1 or 2 each day. As you said, not boring ;).

Sounds like a great start. Look for various side effects to come and go, and rise and fall in intensity. Good thing about the Incivek triple, at least for me, was it constantly changed. Never boring. Keep up with your fluids, moderate your caffein use (it is a diuretic), and keep your skin in good shape. It is a long haul, but certainly doable.

OK, so I guess I can post in the "on treatment" section now ;)... yesterday I took my first daily dosages of riba and incivek and
had my first shot in the evening.
Except for waking up with a really ugly bitter taste in my mouth (which is still there), I haven't felt any other sx so far.
