Rash was in the exact same place on both my arms. And it hurt like hell!
Dr. gave me a whole bunch of different things to try, one at a time of course.
What worked best for me was an ointment called 'Betamethasone Dipropionate'
'Ointment USP (Augmented*) 0.05%'

You are fortunate u haven't been tortured by a rash! Mine started day 4 and it was a struggle thru out 12 weeks of Invicek. It lightened up at 10 weeks and reacted like fire after I stopped for about 5 days. Marktrux gave great advice. The board if full of great info. Look at top of page and click on search and put in rash and you will get to see lots of suggestions. Welcome aboard. I am week 22 of 48 JoAnne PS. Try not to scratch it only makes it continue to itch more. Drink water and use lotion

Rash is one of the more common SX's from Incivek (and Riviran), almost everyone gets it sooner or later. Mine is on my shins and no mater what I put on it, some OTC and some Rx's, it just wont go away. It dosen't really itch but feels more like a sunburn. There are hundreds of OTC's that may help and everybody reacts to different meds differently, so its really a crap-shoot.. Cortizone seems to be one of the favs, but any anti-itch creams may help. Be sure and intake plenty of H2O, and use moisturizer, it can help. Good luck and welcome to the forum.
P.S. DON'T SCRATCH!!!
