Thank you guys!! yeah, weird sick feelings and just random stuff... luckily i never got the rash when on treatment, just intense itching.. but now I'm getting a rash and dry skin all over my face.. and it's sooo itchy!! I thought I got away with not getting any of that but NOPE!! haha ... hopefully it'll get better with time

ive had wierd feelings. i am not quite 2 weeks post riba. nearly 3 post interferon.
had real bad body aches, legs, muscles, after a big weekend. thought id just worn myself out. also, hot/cold moments. and had a 'headrush' today and felt sick. wierd stuff anyways.
yeh, i beleive our bodies are adjusting and rebooting. so it doesnt surprise me

Hi Alleysun and congratulations on finishing tx!
I've heard about this phenomenon before. It has been suggested by some people that tapering off the Interferon instead of just stopping dead would be a good idea, but how this would be implemented is a big ?.
As the body produces it's own Interferon to combat infections, it probably takes a while for us to adjust to not having the "extra" dose and for our immune system to function again of it's own accord. I haven't any scientific evidence to back this up, but since so many people experience what you're going through, maybe someone here has some more info on this.

I've been having like chills, shakes, and i'm freezing ALL the time.. and I still get certain side effects that i got while on treatment once in a while :/

Hey, I actually made a thread about the withdrawal, if it exists. I do feel weird body cravings for nothing in particular after a week of finishing tx. Body aches like right after the shot...

Hi everyone! I haven't been on here in a while. I'm 5 weeks post treatment!! And I'm feeling better and better every week... getting a little more energy every day!! It's so amazing to feel good again.
Did anyone have any withdrawls after treatment? Or know of anyone that went through that??
