Wow, Chris, normal range for WBC's is 4.5-10. Stopping the neupogen has probably fixed this. Maybe your fever is related to the increased Peg? However, on Rx, all symptoms need to be assessed, so I'd get to ER.

My white blood cells were low, (around 1.2) for the last 8 weeks or so, but 12 days ago they were high at 13.8. so we stopped the two neupogen shots each week and raised the pegassus up to 135 from 90. While my count was low my nurse kept telling me to let her know if I get a fever. Her office is closed for the night and I've got a fever that seems to be rising, 101.1. When should I worry?
P.S. I have one more shot of pegassus in my 6 months of triple therapy with telapravir for the first three months.

Thanks, tylenol sent my fever back down to 100.4 so I am no longer worried.
