This thread made me look at the calendar. My husband's last shot will be Oct 12, 2013! We are going to plan a family holiday when he is done! Something super cool that we can look forward to.
Shep, my husband started the broceprevir this morning at 6 am. We both set alarms on our phones last night! One phone alert down...plenty to go!
Having only been down this road with my husband for 4 weeks now...I can't tell everyone enough how much reading your posts helps!

I loved my first day of being totally med free--turning off those alarms on the phone was simple heaven. Hope your recovery is quick and smooth. Hugs! Shep

I NEVER HAVE TO TAKE PEGASYS INTERFERON AGAIN! heheheh I tore the last box into itty-bitty peaces :D Wanted to burn the box in the back parking lot and dance like a possessed little leprechaun on it's ashes but thought that the local fire department might not like that lol.

Just did a quick rendition of the Happy Dance. I would describe it, but we won't go there. I know you have a week of pills left, but there is something about that last shot that makes for a happy day. Plus, you were doing procrit and/or neupogen for a while, too. I hope this means no more shots of any kind. Now you two can get down to the serious chore of setting up house and settling in. I am so happy for you, and for Linds, too. She has been a real ally for you. I hope you two can put all these trials behind you and enjoy a normal life.
