I use zolpidem, melatonin and a CPAP mask and I sleep. I have to go to bed late (midnight) to sleep through.
Not tired during the day much and energy level up. I am actually coming back to life. Getting happy again.
I'm not sprinting to the finish line but I'm walking fast now.

I average 3 hours of sleep a day. But I am always tired and can't sleep.
I don'want to take any sleep meds as I have been on Morphine and Oxycodone for a few years now.
Have had 7 back/neck operations and have 'dorsel stimulator' installed in me for leg pain. So you would
think sleeping shouldn't be an issue.

Unisom tabs put me out, little groggy in morning.

One thing that I was told when I started tx, was to watch the dosage on the xanax because the meds can increase the potency.

Hi Brian, be careful with the valium. It is on the list of drug interactions with the PI's. Make sure your doc approves any dosage. Cheers.

5mg Ambien and a shot NyQuil works for me. The first couple of weeks were miserable without it.

I use both Xanax and Ambian, they both set in fast and wear off, so no wonky feeling the next day.

I have a new Sx I only sleep for maybe 4 hrs a night then I'm wide awake but wanting to sleep? I Was Rx Valium and sleeping aids but they just make me feel wonky the next day and sometimes I still only get four hours? Really Weird!
Thanks Brian
