Yeah, my mouth is a mess. The main symptom is receding gum line. I have a crown that is now standimg up in the air. Oh well. This is the price we pay. I just wish there were some things we could do about it.

+1 I'm feeling quite different orally then before Tx. My taste is also shot but I do eat yogurt and it helps with both my enamel and changing tastes.

Went to the dentist yesterday for my 6 month check. They did the gum measuring thing where they poke your gums around your teeth then say a number between 1 & 5 (for me anyway). I usually have 2s, 3s and one or two 4s. Today, the 2s were 4s and the 3s were 5s!! I am scheduled to go back in 3 months for another cleaning (that ins will not pay for) and to recheck my gums. I had read that while undergoing tx to keep your oral hygiene up. I am proof. I was glad I had made the appt a few months ago. The dentist attributes the significance to the tx.
In other news, my rash is still visible although no longer itchy and raised. I see more regular skin than rash. I still lotion up a lot. I am still tired and have headaches. I also get winded walking < 1/2 mile, doing light housework or going up and down stairs. (Before tx, I was very active at the gym 3-5 days/week.) My taste buds are pretty much normal again (ya-hoo!!) and having coffee taste good is amazing!
