12, yes they will fluxuate for sure. However since mine had been dropping consistantly and then had a spike upward load test were seen as appropriate. Just as a precaution.

Great news. I'm not sure - hopefully others know more; but aren't AST and ALT normally subject to some fluctuation?
Are there folks who had the wheels come off 5-6 months post?

OK, so I'm almost 5 months post treatment. I had an appointment with my Rheumatologist on the ninth and routine blood test revealed a slightly elevated AST, ALT was normal but a bit higher than the previous test. Just to be safe my Hepatologist went ahead and ran a viral load test. Drum roll, still UND. That was the longest 4 days of my life waiting for the results.
