Second shot went pretty  similar like first one, just with less fever, but with stronger nausea and headache. I haven't taken again any painkillers, went to bath (helped for headache a bit, but nausea nah). got shot @ 12.30PM, sx kicked in round 18PM and lasted until 1AM. It is definetly Interferon that makes my tinitus. I have noticed when sx kick in, tinitus gets louder. I just hope it will be gone when i finish with therapy, it is pretty loud now (still able to work, but in loud enviroment only, play white noise beside my bed to fall asleep), still haven't found a trick to lower tinitus sx from it, would be great to find a way...

I think Interferon sx are now lasting bit longer, it's Sun nite and i have body aches (similar to ones after shot).


so far what i have noticed that helps:

- yogurts (i can't eat anything other while interferon sx lasts)
- warm bath (helps headache and fever)
- obviously, taking shots in the evening (since first sx kick in cca 6hrs after shot)
- having someone to take care of you while on peak of sx ;)
