My question is my doc ask me to take blood test in the second week since I started my triple treatment. Need I take medication first before taking blood test? or go to test first then take medication? if I get the answer, I will not call my doc.
Thanks
Lucy

I ran into a problem with bloodtests and dosing time. I took incivek(and fat) at 7am, then went into lab after 8am for bloodtest. This resulted in my bloodtest showing high blood sugar and high cholesterol. It took some explaining to my Dr. before he understood that while on incivek it's impossible to have blood drawn on a true 12hr fast. Just be sure and explain it to the Dr's before they jump to negative conclusions.

It's ok to lay in the bed. Sleep and rest when you're tired. Drink a lot of water. Move around when you can. Feel better.... :)

The number 1 side efeect for everyone on treatment is fatigue. Sleep is good so go with it if you can. Hopefully in a few weeks you`ll be less tired. For me now it`s just Saturday and Sunday where I might stay in bed most of the day but other days I still get a nap when I need one. Things will get better.

My rash started slow and then was full blown within 2 weeks. It's good that the weather is cool. I think that heat makes it worse. Keep an eye on it. Maybe no itchies will go with it! Crossing my fingers n sending prayers. Karen:)

still a bit dizzy and getting a rash little clear bumps in between my fingers. I am wondering my rash is coming too fast because it is the fourth day since the first shot.

I am just feeling better after the first shot on Tuesday. Yesterday night, I had a ferver but not too serious. But I am still feeling a little bit dizzy and feeling my two legs draging two big stones so that it is hard to walk, and feeling tried.
For me, the dizziness comes from the Ribaviran. So it is a week long thing. I have a few hours of not feeling dizzy like maybe 2-3 hours before my next dose of Ribaviran. So it may be like that for you also. All week the dizziness. But the fever and stuff is from the injection. The tired...I think is from both (not quite sure about that, but yes I feel tired a lot, but usually less tired a couple hours before time to take my Ribaviran, so maybe it is from that).

In the morning 10:30, I got my first shot in clinic. after coming back home, I eat my Incivek 3 tablets and Riba 600mg at 1:00pm after lunch. Then I cancle afternoon meeting and wait to all side efects coming. But till now, I am feeling good. only a little bit headache.
I am nervous and drink a lot of water. My doctor ask me to eat Incivek twice combined with Riba. told me it is easy to manage.
