Good news. I just found out that the copay assistance counts towards my husband's pharmacy deductible, which means that the $7,000 grant will in fact be enough for all of his meds to be fully
covered.

My husband received a $7,000 grant from the PAN Foundation because of his low income, which will cover his Pegasys and Ribavirin for his 6 month treatment. The cost, after insurance, for both of these
medications comes to $1500 each month, which will eventually total $9,000. Because he only received $7,000 from the PAN Foundation, I am wondering if he could try and sign up for a second
copay assistance to cover the remaining $2,000. Does anyone know if you can do this? Can you apply for two separate copay assistance programs?
Praying it's a success!
