I'm an oatmeal or shredded wheat girl. Both have no sodium.
Matt's cereal sounds good. Chia is a good source of plant protein too, right?
I like cereal at night so I have to watch out for high B12. Makes me all alert!! Haha

Hi Al, porridge oats or natural sugar-free muesli are good, and you can add whatever fruit you like too. Here`s an article on diet and liver disease you might find useful...
So what`s the situation with treatment now, are you still waiting?
All the best, Jill

I started out with Chia Goodness, which is a chia seed based with buckwheat and other great healthy ingredients. It expense to buy so I now make my own combination of similar ingredients.

I think cereals are iron fortified, so my doctor told me not to eat them. Since, iron is not good for the liver.
