To me, this is the hardest part. Tried whole milk for a while but it made me sick. 2T peanut butter is OK, but the hardest part is that two of the doses are not at meal time. Tonight, peanut butter on an english muffin.

Hi Robbie,
After I had gained 8 kilos in the first 8 weeks of Incivek, I changed my fat supplement into just 20g of olive oil with lemon juice (or with milk).
Type "fat" or "20 gr" or "Incivek" in a search box, you will find miles of threads with different suggestions. Of coz, its all very individual.
There was a word amongst liver doctors that 2 x 3 pills every 12 hours is equally good as 3 x 2 x 8 hours.
Check with yours. It can make things lot easier.
Good luck!

Most of the healthy nuts, ,walnuts, almonds, pecans , not peanuts. These are a easy way to get the fat you need. Avocados can be prepared in many ways and a super food for the liver so if you don't like them try to find a way because they serve many purposes for us HCV patients.

Hi, does anyone have ideas or lists of ways to get the 20grams of fat from foods that contain little or no sugar. Bad enough dealing with this diease, I also have type 2 diabetes which makes finding choice of foods to eat a little more complicated. Thanks for any suggestions.
