Hi there. I'm going into my 3rd week of treatment, and while I haven't been twitching per say, i have noticed I can't sit/lay still like usual, and I'm a bit more fidgety than I normally am. I'm not sure if this is a side effect in itself, or if I'm just like this out of general discomfort (feeling nauseous/"overall icky", having the oh-so-lovely anal discomfort from Incivek, etc). When I'm getting ready for bed, I've noticed especially over the past few days that I'm doing way more tossing and turning than usual. So far though, this is the least bothersome of all the side effects.

I take my shot on Friday nights, and the twitching doesn't start until Saturday about noon. Today is Tuesday and it's much better, but still a twitch. I've learned to hold things with two hands, and my wife gives me my Lactulose, or I'll spill it!! Texting and typing is hard and reveals how bad it is, but my visit with MD yesterday said it's a common side effect, and to hang in there.
I'm taking Incivek and my closing in on week 12!! I will not miss the fat!!
Hope your results are stellar and better than hoped for!
Peace, Oral

Hi Nicole, I`ve noticed that quite a few people have mentioned getting `restless leg syndrome` while on tx, but I`m not sure if what you`re experiencing is the same sort of thing. Have a read through this thread, some of the remedies suggested might make you smile!
I guess it could be related to the general weakness and tiredness from tx too. Make sure you`re eating and drinking enough, and getting all the rest you need.
All the best, and good luck with your 12 VL test! ~ Jill

I've noticed I'm shakier than normal and I've been noticing little twitches in my body when I'm relaxed. could this be side effects of triple therapy?
