Hi Mark,
I must say I was concerned when you mentioned the heavy work and landscaping in your first post. I'm amazed and impressed that you've made it to week 10. Do you know your Hb levels?
After you finish Incivek, things may improve, but Riba has a direct effect on RBC's as well. Good luck. Hope the procrit helps.

Hello to all. My physician has reduced my dosage of riba to 2 pills twice a day and started me on procrit after my latest blood work. I have to say that I am suprised and somewhat alarmed by how quickly and precipitously my counts dropped. Even the white count was marked as an alert by the lab. I had expressed concern here before about my ability to work through this treatment, and find myself barely able to function as a supervisor for my crew of landscapers. This has been a very humbling and disturbing experience for my wife and me. Just hoping to make it through two more weeks of incivek to see if things will begin to improve. Trying to keep good faith in all.
