Dermatologists suggest that 0.05% is more effective, but I'm not sure why.

From looking it up sounds like what I have. Trying triamcinolone acetonide cream 0.1% on it. Only one day in. Helping a little as in stopping the itch slowing it down a little.
Congrats on the SVR!

I am pretty sure the sores on my ankles and calfs is lichen planus. i have tried eco harvest tea tree oil, spraying peroxide on it, coconut oil. Am going to dermatologist in 2 weeks. Has anyone taken triamcinolone acetonide ointment/kenalog for this. Any sugestions.
