Well, we all need a dream to keep us going, Zlikster, and I`m not going to reopen the `alcohol post tx` debate!
I understand that you`re concerned about possible long term health issues, especially with your tinnitus, but all you can do is keep plodding on, counting it off step at a time. You`re very involved and proactive in your tx and that probably helps you to keep your focus... you know exactly what you`re aiming for and you`re doing everything you can to achieve it. Being UND at 12 wks must have given you such a boost ...good luck with your next blood tests!

thanks Jill
i am slowly starting to count off weeks and soon days i hope, instead months until EOT. Can't wait to get to EOT post 3-6months for one of the last viral load tests, then to check my liver on ultrasound and have i achieved F0/A0 (FibroTest or biopsy), less than 5kPa on FibroScan, then it's time to check for any long term interferon sx (tinnitus, RA, compromised immune sys, eyesight, teeth, etc)...
now i am concetrated on next blood leu/neutrophiles and bilurubin check (Tue) and possible new Neupogen (Wed) and getting new batch (4 shots) of interferon for next shot (Thu)
i know it's bad for my liver and many would disagree, but i must say one of the motivations that keeps me going is to have a glass of red wine next summer (EOT+48w) with some nice seafood with a hcv free life
thanks for support!

i know, virii is more of a hackers slang (for digital virus plural). My english grammar is a pretty much ruined by internet abbreviations n slang ( i guess since IRC days in the 90s) ;-S
hows your joints ache? i plan to do blood test for RA next week...pain in hips/ankles/knees is getting more intense (stretching ain't helping anymore). I got a feeling i need some proper stretching from some professional pt.
and as you know, i couldn't do this without your "voice of reason" help. You and my hepa are my only "voices of reason"
thanks a lot! hope you are doing ok?
