Well other than the first wk I've been moving right along with treatment... I've had almost every side affect that I've read about here:/ Today is wk 8 shot later today and this week I have been dizzy VERY weak and shaky:/ to the point i'm afraid to even stand up! Last visit my bloodwork revealed my thyroid wasn't working very good so she added yet another pill:/ for that i'm wondering if that could be causing it?
Sorry to hear so many side effects are hitting you so early.
My thyroid started to act up at week 35 or 36. I went for a radioactive treatment.
They made me drink something and isolate myself for 3 days and all was better.
Also you may be getting anemic which is normal while in treatment. Hopefully they
are monitoring your red & white blood counts and will advise you if they get to low,
as I had to have a few transfusions to get my levels back up and feel a little better
during my treatment. Please don't give up as it may get worse and there will be
days when you don't even want to get out of bed. I hope you have good support
at home with you to help you get through this as sometimes just some one being there
helps you get through the day.

Definitely agree with you Dillo.
I filled a prescription and found out at www.drugs.com that it interacted badly with my allergy pills so I didn't take it.

I've been experiencing severe dizziness when standing since week 8. I can't relate it to anything specific, doctor either, except for that we already know, side effects. My doctor was very concerned about the potential for serious injury if I were to fall and strike my head. I have blacked out and fallen 3 times now. That hasn't gone over well with my wife (or doctor). He said he'll place limits on my activity if it continues, like no driving and the use of a walker. That doesn't appeal to me at all! I take extra care when standing, eat well and stay hydrated. Not much else can be done right now. So stay safe and best of luck with your Thyroid! So far my Thyroid has remained stable, but CBC continues to fall.

Oh boy sorry your having such a hard time over there. These meds are strong and I don't know too much about things as far as the thyroid, maybe one of the others can help you from this forum?
I think the dizzy and shaky thing your experiencing is maybe anemia?
