It would be wonderful if there were a pill that could enable weight loss, lower triglycerides, increase HDL levels, and help diabetes. So far, the only proven method to accomplish these health goals is simply a healthy diet plus regular exercise.

Hi tonib, personally I`m always suspicious of any commercial product which is promoted as being a miracle worker, and I haven`t come across any real evidence that it does actually work for weight loss or anything else. I would definitely check with your doctor first before taking any herbal or plant based food supplement, and that applies to anyone with Hep C. You`d probably do better by following a healthy eating plan, in my opinion.

I just read an interestng article about this Garcinia Cambodia miracle for weight loss, and lowering trigs and help for diabetes and hdl levels. It all sounds promising, however this is a supplement and will be primarily used with the liver.
As a person with active HCV with moderate liver damage, I am concerned. Can anyone find anything about this? I should ask my doctor I guess.
