No certainly not! I didn't read your original post right and just saw the $355 copay mentioned. That would have been worth a call! I'm glad you got that straightened out! You gotta stay on them

Thank you Tig, very helpful! But I don't think I will get much lower than $15 for a 3 month supply of Sovaldi and Ribaviran!

Hi April,
You're so right, our system has gone from workable to confusing and unreasonable. Nobody understands how it works and that comes from the people that designed it. It's laughable and sad at the same time. Good luck with it, but should you need help figuring things out, I hope you know I'll do my best to assist you. If you would like some help with your copays, check the link in my signature box. There are a number of organizations that will help you, all you need to do is contact them.

Just so everyone knows (if you didn't already) just because a company mails you your meds from a completely different state, doesn't mean that they are not a "local retail pharmacy." Makes zero sense. How was I supposed to know that? You would think my doctors office would know that they were not considered to be a "mail-order pharmacy."
Suddenly my co-pay went from $45 a month to $355 a month? Yeah I don't think so! So anyways, after 2 hours on the phone....I will be having the correct pharmacy mail the rest of my meds for less than the original $40 a month. Goofy nurses/insurance/pharmacies cant get it together so once again, I gotta figure it all out on my own!! LOL at least I can laugh about it now!! :)
Hope this helps other people avoid the same thing from happening to them!!
