I preferred taking what med's I could as close to bedtime as possible. It helps reduce any side effects to the time you should hopefully be sleeping. Also, most people have eaten something substantial later in the day and that helps the stomach irritation, as well as improves the bioavailability.

ok,, here is what happened. I just finnished off my 12th week of Tx and I had been taking the Sovaldi in the A.M. the the dose of Ribo, and just Ribo in the P.M. But the other day i couldn't find the bottle so i went to work without taking it and took it in the P.M.
Now that I think about it this might be better, 12 weeks am them 12 weeks pm. Maybe some of the virus works the night shift and there is not enough Sovaldi around by then to get it all. I think my work day might be better this way too, but can't relay tell.
