Well, based on some of the information I've seen regarding Ribavirin, Interferon vs appetite, be glad you have an appetite to feed that getting "LARGER". I'd feel confident in saying that larger, within reason, is much preferred over significant weight loss due to lack of nutrition as a result of poor appetite.

Ha Ha, been there-done that. You know you need to make exercise intensity/length increases in increments. You'll mend in short order. I'm limited on what type of and how much exercise I can get because of physical issues, But I have my ways to get exercise without causing additional physical damage and I take advantage of it. I agree that exercise is so important during treatment. Heck, the way I see it is that our chance of achieving SVR is certainly not guaranteed, so why add an additional obstacle by not exercising when it makes sense that it's very important for not only HCV treatment, but proven to be beneficial for our general health period.

I was cycling 300kms a week prior to treatment. This was all done at a fairly intense level across several bunch rides I was part of. Since treatment not one ride. I walk instead and at week 10/48 I am just finding my mojo. The last few weeks I only managed one walk. Got four in this week, all between 3-6kms at good pace.

Keep on keeping on pizzacake! Love to run, even if I have slowed down a bit. Doing a nighttime 4 mile race this weekend. Your dog will be faster than me and that's o.k.

I like running, or any sport that is aerobic, but I've allowed myself to become sedentary during treatment. So today I decided to get out there and run with the dog. I did three miles! I had to stop and start, and stop and start, and the dog was faster than I was but I did it.

The meds aren't gonna keep me down today.
