I had mine out because the size of the gallstone warranted the immediate removal. I had a four Cm stone in a three cm bladder. They did a biopsy, the needle punched through a blood vessel and no one caught it, I had to return to the hosp and was in for three days, I missed 3 days of my sovaldi because of this. I was on week 22 of24, That is why I have not gotten my EOT VL test yet, Sovaldi Relapse's are accruing within 4 weeks of taking the last meds. So I am wating till then to take the test so i will know now if the missed dose did any harm.

Hi Huey....thx for the info......I felt like crap on late Sunday then Monday it kicked my butt. so I'm assuming that like other meds it takes 3-4 wks for the body to reach therapeutic levels. I know what to maybe expect. I'm gonna take the high road and say I've gone thru the worst of it, but not be unrealistic. I was reading u had your gallbladder removed or going to? i had mine removed before I started my first tx. I have to watch what I eat more than before but it's not bad. Keep Zantac 150 on hand. Take care

The weeks ahead are like a roller-coaster The first big dip you feel more than the last, you are used to it by then and they are somewhat lessor, The first four weeks are usually the most dramatic as far as the ups and downs of how your going to feel.
