I'm really not having any noticeable issues that I can see in myself that I could tie to Ribavirin as a possible cause. But I have read several post by other taking Riba that report "rage' type side effects although I don't remember seeing anything as you describe with letting the small stuff piss you off while being okay with the big stuff. I did have some pretty intense"Rage" type fits when I first started Tx 7 weeks ago, but I attribute most of that being due to also starting new toxic HIV meds concurrently with the HCV Tx meds, and due to having been suffering for a week so far (at that time) from severe constipation followed by severe diarrhea, and due to the fact that my Tx nurse would not return my phone calls etc. etc.
All these issues worked their self out quickly or got worked out and I since can only identify fatigue as being a Side effect directly related to my HCV Tx meds, (most likely Ribavirin).
That's just me, and I have a history of being very tolerate of Rx's, even toxic HIV stuff, but Sx's are different for each individual so hopefully someone else taking Riba and experiencing the same Sx's will read this and suggest a solution for you.

I've just been waiting on the pharmacy to call and say when my meds will be shipped / will arrive. I suppose I could start calling each month to ask to have them shipped sooner, but that's just 1 more thing to remember to do each month. I'm hoping I can get a longer buffer period established in my file so that I won't have to call each month. I'll find out tomorrow and post that result back here.
The Pharm will call you but you don't have to wate, You call them. you need 2 weeks to do this, so when you have 14 pills left call!

I am calling and having my RX refilled 12 days ahead of schedule just in case, better safe than sorry. Just a question for you, Does the riba cause you to snap about stupid little things? The reason I ask is I am finding more that I will snap out over a little thing but wont get upset about a big thing. Any input would be appreciated, Thanks

I realize the importance of complying with a tight schedule while on these Rx's, and I have devised several reminders and fail safes in order to ensure my not missing a dose as a result of my own forgetfulness, or lack of attention etc. I would hate to think how far off the chain I would go if I was forced to miss a dose (or more) because of an error in the shipping process.
I have enough Sov / Riba for 10 more days. Next 28 day pack & bottle will be delivered via UPS next Wednesday 9-10-14. That gives me 4 days Rx's (until Sunday 9-14-14) before I run out if something goes wrong with the shipping etc. And those last 2 days are weekend so no shipping corrections can be made then. I generally stay 9-14 days ahead on my 3 HIV and 4 HCV Rx's as well as my other Rx's too, with multiple refills on everything. And all of those Rx's are not nearly as important to stay consistent with as the Sov / Riba are. I was updated today by my Tx nurse about my 6 wk lab results which were really good so I foresee staying with this Rx regimen. I think I will call that pharmacy tomorrow to see if they can give me more buffer time just in case of a delivery mix-up. I know with today's logistics, packages are rarely late or un-delivered, but I'm that guy that always catches the negative results of some unforeseen glitch in the software or unintended result of some party happy employee's hangover...
Is anyone else being cut this close on their Rx delivery's? And if so, what is your back-up plan?
