My last month on treatment and the month after that were the worst. I had fatigue and there were days when I had a hard time just making it to work. I was also constantly sick to my stomache. It went away after about a month. I was on a different combination than you but what seems to be consistent regardless of treatment is that it takes time for our bodies to heal after treatment. All these drugs are powerful and wreck havoc on our bodies. I too eat small meals every 2-3 hours which seems to be the best way for me to eat. Diabetes runs in my family and thus way of eating stabilizes my blood sugar and insulin production. The best thing is to take it easy, eat however ay works best for you, drink water and let your body heal. Although I was on an easier combination of drugs than the early generations, it was still hard on my body. It takes time. Try not to worry cause that's just going to make you feel worse. I still have a couple of months to find out if I am SVR so I try not to think about it. Just let yourself relax and take care. You will have answers soon enough. I find yoga helps. Good luck and best wishes.

I have to eat every two or three hours also, I have sugar issues I guess, I do not have diabetes but I do know I crash much harder between meals if my last meal was high in sugar or other refined carbs, for instance; having a donut for breakfast I am shaking and weak in two hours, having eggs for breakfast I am fine no shakes or weakness.
over all I have three regular size meals a day and two snacks, I eat a lot of veggies rather than fruit because of the high sugars in fresh fruit. I avoid white rice, white bread, white sugar. I am ok with honey, but not so with maple syrup, too many dried fruits are a problem too. Go onlne and get a list of high vs low glycemic foods, the low glycemic index foods are better for sugar probs than the high ones.
You don't have to totally give up treats, like icecream you just have to limit the frequency and serving sizes. Cake or icecream once in awhile ok, cake AND icecream not so much.
I no longer indulge in fried foods either but I think that is more because I no longer have a gall bladder and high fat meals make me have the stinky runs like crazy, sorry if TMI.
Peace, Lizbear

Have you ever had your sugar tested. My Daughter is like that. She has low sugar and has to eat every few hours.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe I remember you stating that you have had hep c for all of your life and your bio says you are 35 years old. My guess is that it will take at the very least a year for you to fully recover from a constant 35 year onslaught against your liver, mind, body, soul and spirit, but that's just my opinion.
I think I had it all my life but I am not completely sure. I never started to feel dull and "sick" until I had kids and that is when I found out i had HepC (2008). If its just an adjustment period then I can take it. I guess I am scared that its all coming back. I have my 1 month appointment on Sept 16th so I will find out soon enough. I've always been optimistic about life and never let Hep c slow me down but I can't help but feel scared at this particular time.

16 weeks S/O + riba and easily the worst stretch for me was the week after stopping the meds. Go figure. Now 17 weeks post and much better, overall. It hasn't been straight-line improvement, though. More of a two steps forward, one step back sort of thing for me. And like Mary, I've experienced some muscle/tendon/joint issues that have held me back, though improving. I wouldn't fret too much about the bad days. They happen to everyone, virus free or not.

I am 6 weeks past EOT with 12 week treatment Sovaldi/Olysio and felt worse than I did on treatment for awhile.(Only side effect on treatment was fatigue) I've had severe muscle cramping in my neck three times, some occasional weird little muscle tics, and fatigue comes and goes. This week is better. From reading "post treatment with Sovaldi/Olysio" posts on another forum, I've learned that what happened to me is not uncommon. The consensus from others seems to be that it gets better over time. Drinking lots of water, like I did on treatment, seems to help.
