Just going with a leaner diet, and following a conventional weight loss regimen. My gastro doc advised me that I was at elevated risk for Liver Cancer unless I took steps to lower my BMI to < 29. I avoid sugary, fatty and salty foods and eat more fruit and veggies.
Also, throwing in some daily exercise helps elevate your metabolism which, for someone who likes to eat(like me) is good news.

I have some interesting articles ware A Doctor Lemmon figured out that the virus has a mechanism that puts the replication cycle to sleep, This happens when antigens are signalled and the virus goes into a low profile to protect itself,
When you gain Redox, or metabolic balance the virus wakes up and starts to replicate again, This is why it takes so long to show itself.
Knowing this i would limit the Milk Thistle, Ale Vera Juce, St Jhons wart, because this would cause Redox and wake up the virus.
look at this and study it, then tell me what you think. OK?
