Hi Testiva,
Not quite an Undetected yet. It's a great result. The PCR test uses a 'Target' from the UTR region of the virus. Sequential dilutions are made. The highest dilution is equivalent to 15 IU/ml- if the 'Target' is detected in this dilution, it's reported as yours is. Cheers.

That's mighty close to an RVR! Aside from the last couple of floaters it would qualify now. I'm sure by week 4 you'll be there! Great start!!

Skewed you're doing great to be where you are in only 18 days. I don't know if statistics would back it up, but getting und early in your tx is a really positive sign. Hoping you make SVR.

Isn't it great to hear all these positive results coming from everyone without having to deal with the interferon, and Riba regimines?
I know many of you are still having to,or will have to tx with those drugs, and my heart goes out to all of you, and I wish you much strength and courage to finish the tx, I can't imagine how difficult it must be to not only have a illness that causes so much feeling of ill health, but than to have to take drugs that add their own sx that make you feel worse while your body is struggling to get better.
I really hope and pray that soon the SOC will be to just take a pill once a day for a few weeks or month that cures all those that are afflicted.
Or better yet ya go get a shot one time and that's it...you're cured and immune ....wouldn't that be awesome!
Just thinking positive....we can get there with all the brilliant minds...now if politics and greed stay out of it it'll happen that much faster!

Hey Testiva,
Duane is right, you are still detected but below the LLOQ or Lowest Level of Quantification, which on this test was 15 IU/ml. To achieve a viral reduction that high in 18 days is outstanding, stellar, and just plain great!! I guarantee you will be UND on your next VL test. You should be thrilled with this result, I am!! Continued good luck...

Please see the document below. It says I'm still detected but it is below the quantification range which is 15 to 100,000,000. What the heck does that mean? Did the technician see a few of the devils floating around but could not accurately count them? Or does it mean something entirely different. The viral load was done on day 18 of my treatment (I paid for another test out-of-pocket). The "not knowing" is just too much for me.
