I have 4 shots of interferon left along with sovaldi and rebetol pills of my 12 week therapy. I got UND at 5 weeks (didn't have chance to test at 4 weeks). However instead of feeling better, I am feeling lethargic, sleepy, tired. It seems my body is exhausted of medicines or these are the signs of advanced fibrosis which fibroscan showed before treatment? I am confused now, but I hope I will get better.
The drugs you are on are making you feel crappy but that should pass after you complete tx.
Only 4 weeks left, Doni !!

Hey Doni,
Congrats for crossing the 8 week point! That's excellent news my friend! The fatigue and lethargy are normal reactions to therapy. You've placed your body and metabolism through a grueling 2 months of treatment that harshly affects every system. What did you expect to happen? These drugs are hard on everything, but the good news is in 4 weeks you'll be done and things will quickly return to a better state. You've done very well and by committing yourself to fighting through these next four weeks, you will succeed! Stay positive and put those negative thoughts out of your mind. The way you're feeling has nothing to do with fibrosis, ZERO. You'll be fine Doni, it doesn't feel like it some days, but I assure you, everything is going according to plan and you're going to get through this. I promise!!!
