Try Bigalow green tea has the antioxidants u want & less caffine, and the flavors are decent, mint , lemon, constant comment orange, and pommagrante. Good enough to not have to use sugar, just dont over steep. comes in individual foil sealed bags so u can put them in pockets or glove box. .. Espresso and Cuban coffee is eyes wide open >>>>GREAT<<<<!!!!!!!!! Who even gets out of bed by 2PM? Ha, ha!! Just kidding, I don't have much trouble falling asleep. It's all what you get used to I think. I've known people that can't even come close to coffee without having anxiety problems from the caffeine. That would be unfortunate. I live on the stuff

You're are supposed to stop drinking coffee by 2pm in order to be able to fall asleep and stay asleep.
As for the taste of coffee, you might grow accustomed to it but in the meantime try different ways of drinking it to find a flavor combo that will work for you. I like half coffee, half steamed milk.

I hope you weren't drinking it anywhere close to bedtime? I have 2 cups when I first wake up and that's it for me. If you get some really good creamer, sugar, and a decent blend of coffee it's hard to understand how that would be bad tasting to anyone, but I believe you.
I googled it and here's one article - www.wisegeek.org/what-are-natural-sources-of-caffeine.htm Green tea is supposed to be really good for you. So is pomegranate juice. I drink one that's a pomegranate/cranberry blend that's 100% juice called Northland from Wal-Mart's.

So..... Idecided that coffee, whether pretty or not, just isn't for me. That first day..... Seemed like I couldn't fall asleep... Oh that's right it's cause I COULDN'T fall asleep... (lol) I stopped taking the barbiturate that was Rx. I figured if its blood thinning they want.... BAM!!!! You got it lady.... so I am taking aspirin like 600 mg a day... my headaches have returned but are quite mild compared to...... I know everyone is saying to drink coffee.... Nope *Bush Sr Voice* "Not gonna do it". Tea? Eh.... I hate black pekoe (spelling?) green's been my personal favorite. Any thought on NATURAL caffeine sources? On top of that.... any ideas as to how long it will take for me to be able to sleep whilst I consume it? Again, (if you haven't noticed) I am trying to live a healthy "granola" type lifestyle... That's why I stopped the barbiturate.... Done with the "high" it kinda gave me
