As I said in the PM, a liver lesion that doesn't grow in a year is not an HCC. Looking good.

The fact that the lesion hasn`t increased in size over the last year certainly sounds like good news to me, but Malcolm would be the best person to answer your question.
Great that your liver enzymes have dropped so well, you must be very pleased and it shows that the treatment is having a beneficial effect on your liver.

For the first time since I was diagnosed in 91 my alt is normal and ast is only 10 points away.
Also my MRI came back: After one year her email was:
It just came back now actually. Unchanged 1.7 cm liver lesion
Is the fact that it has not changed in a year mean I am out of the HCC scare? Anyone?
