Hi Mary, that`s great news...congratulations on your SVR!!!
It`s a wonderful feeling to know that you`re clear of Hep C and can finally leave it behind you! Keep taking good care of yourself and over time you`re likely to see your platelets and AST levels improve.
Do keep us updated on your progress and your next MRI result and keep in touch.
You have a great attitude and that will carry you a long way...wishing you all the best of luck! ~ Jill

Hi Mary,
As i posted recently, EOT + 24 weeks is when you can really put Hep C behind and be of the firm belief that it is gone for good. Congratulations!
You are doing all the right things with a good attitude. That can't help but pay positive dividends for you down the road.
Optimism is certainly in order and I trust that you will continue with better liver health as time goes on.
Good luck, take care and keep us posted.

My hospital doesn't declare HepC cure until EOT + 24: just got the results back, according to them I'm now officially cured!
My platelets are slightly down from October EOT + 12 (71 down to 68) and my AST is slightly elevated (49) but I'm not complaining and will just keep eating healthy and try to reverse cirrhosis as much as possible.
Have to have another MRI March 11 to monitor my liver lesion, but am optimistic on that front too.
