totaly my area... i hear to sum degree he liver has a huge affect on protein ..distributuion...
now i did find when i was eating McDonalds and drinking protein shakes i did gain weight... while working out... but if i do 1 without the other it then no weight gain.....
so i stay pretty staic forever at 130lbs.... which is good and bad i wish i weighed like 180 .... :) maybe 1 day ....
but ya its hard good liver or not to Gain or lose weight...
i will try to get more fiber in my daily eating habits thanks for the Info... Tig
body much like mind is like everything eles if you put 2 hours a day or more into what your doing you will see resluts in 2-3 weeks GUARNTEED...
thats no joke either... then youll go holy crap its working... if u get dealt set backs like i do just remain patient and try again later .. but ya youll get what you want
if you put a little time in... im not talkin alot either... youll be pleasantly surpirsed then when you see it it gets easier and momentum starts to pick up....
so ya it gets sum what rewarding.. i have Hep C .. but when i do sumthing i see results oh and sleep is a big deal too ...sleep is your friend mentaly and physicaly.... to little is bad to much is bad if your trying to gain weight.. if losing weight hahaha you cant eat when your asleep :) sum days when i work alot you can sleep 4 or 5 hours boo boo thumbs down...
other times i sleep like 10 -12 hours....
i like 6-9 hours think thats like the good spot range....... 2cents
i dont know if any of you notice but as im typing at a decent speed i misspell or forget a letter here and there hope you understand my jibberish .....

I hadn't heard much on the subject but found the information I read on it enlightening. It really indicates the need for proper nutrition at any time, but especially when the liver is comrprimised. The need for a high or adequate intake of fiber is explained in many of the articles I read. Interesting stuff! Tells me why it's difficult for some people to lose or maintain proper weight, even with exercise.
So some don't have to do a search on the subject, I'll add a few links on topic and fatty liver. No recommendations intended.
