Hi, I am a Geno 3a ,, I am on week 23 of 24 with a little adverse  event recently, I am SO close to the end of Tx. that I don't think this will Kill the Treatment.  I will just delay the testing you get at the end a few weeks just to be sure. In the mean time I have like 10more  days of pills left so I am on the other end  of the same treatment you are on.  My Name Is Huey and I am not a Doctor of any kind, although the manner of what I might state here may make it seem like I am trying to sound like a Dr. , I am NOt a Doctor and you are best taking my advice as just that, advice. Having said that, I can tell you a lot of what is going to happen and probably answer a lot of your questions, And others here too so you have a wide array of advice to call upon, All of it well intended and good.

  HCV Genotype 3a , now Psot-Tx was on S/riba. First VL was 5.8 mil on 7-5-13 then "und" at 3.8 weeks. 06/13/14 still und. off meds 3 days back on 7/29 Last pill 08/10/14 SVR+4

57 Yr old, Diagnosed 1994 Geno 1a. 1995: Interferon 12 weeks.  1998: Int/Rib 10 weeks.  2014: VL 106,000. Peg Int, Ribavirin, Victrelis 48 weeks (commenced June 2014). UND after Peg/Int lead in week 4. Still UND at week 8, 24, EOT. SVR 12.

this Friday I will take my shot number 8 of 12 an I got a call from my dr saying im testing negative for hep C I have been taking solvaldi ribavirin an inerfuron since jun 11 an now its gone I must complete my treatment for 5 more weeks an then come back in 6 months to see if the virus has returned or if im hep c-ured ! I had hep c geno 3 with 2.6 mil per ml. viral load! praise be to Jesus!!!!! want to encourage all of you to keep the faith I was feelin pretty low before I got the call the inerfuron makes me pretty ill but if it worked then it was definatly worth it ! im a 50 year ol male also taking subboxone for pain management from opiod addiction!
