I only have three days left on the Incevik.  WooHoo!  I have the itching under control.  Wife puts cortisone cream on my back every day.  I dab itchies as they pop up elsewhere.  It goes away for days at a time if I stay on top of it.

 Funny think, you don't realize how much Incivek effects you, at least I didn't. I'm far less tired now, not as moody and ofcours, no itching.

Wow, congrads.  One big hurdle behind you now.  I still have ten days left on the Incevik.  Can't wait for it to end!

Not eating fat at strange hours is great. Itching on the other hand, not so good, seems to have gotten worst. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.   See here for more: http://hepcfriends.activeboard.com/t46054710/hello-home-stretch/#lastPostAnchor

Hi-

AD's = antidepressants.

When I first read your post I thought you gained weight from the meds and curious/concerned about that.

Thanks for your response and just think, after tomorrow morning - you'll be done w/incivek forever!!!

Hi there- glad to hear you're almost done with the Incivek. I haven't yet treated and still trying to figure out what to do.

Did you gain weight just from the 20 gram fat  3 x day? Were you on AD's? I know AD's can cause weight gain but I would think it would take several months. I'd like to know because the idea of gaining weight would be very problematic for me.

Thanks,

Kat

 Sorry not sure what ADs is. Weight gain was minimal, probably due to the fact that at first I tried doing foods high in unsturated fats, that last about a month before bowel movement became very painful. But, that month helped, if anything I lost a pound or two. since that time, have been careful with my diet, tried to minimize what I eat in between. Weght gain has probably been in the area of 3-5 pounds. Considering I'm a big guy to begin with 265, that's not too bad. But still should be far lower than that, so looking forward to working on getting weight down.

2 left!
