Wow, that's crazy that they didn't test for your VL. I hope that you'll get wonderful results!!!!!

I have always wondered how the medical community could be so lax about such important results.  They act like it's no big deal to ignore or forget about things that mean so much to a person.  Since I moved from upstate New York to North Carolina I've been fortunate in that the doctors I found here keep me informed all the time.  They actually call me rather than me having to call them for results.  It's so refreshing to get the news, good or bad, as soon as it can be provided.

I'm rooting for you!!  Good luck on getting some good news.

Hi friends both old & new,

Thought I'd drop in and let you know I will be seeing my specialist next week. One year & one week exactly since I finished tx.confuse

All my bloods have been undetected until the 6 month test smile------ I waited & waited for results. Finally after many phone calls I managed to contact my nursesmile who informed me liver function etc etc were all fine.biggrin

"So what about my viral load?"hmm -----(silence) few minutes later I was told the test had not been done. I couldn't believe it.frustrated.gif

So I evenually got the forms through to have more bloods done at my G.P. (it was then October) I had them done & guess what.-------I'm still waiting for the results, have rang & rang trying to contact my nurse to no avail.disbelief.gif

So fingers crossed folks for next Tuesday. What do you reckon? do you think I'll get them or not. Haha!biggrin Ihave to laugh but it really is not funny.cry I would like  closure on this horrible diseaseaww as all you good folks do and I wish you all the best with your tx & the bestest results.biggrinbiggrin

With luv to all you fighters both past & present & a very special hug to my friends who have helped me through the hard times

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Lesley
